Funds at work incompetence

I've been sending emails since late January to get assistance with withdrawing my funds but no response. It's now towards the end of March but no one has gotten back to me the only response that I got is from Sherri lee Harwood requesting my ID or Member number on the 1st of March. This lack of communication is really frustrating and annoying.
