Funds at work compliment

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Momentum regarding my claim for funds following my resignation October . Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have yet to receive my owed funds, causing undue financial hardship and distress. I have been asked to resubmit resignation forms multiple times, and my visits to the Momentum offices have yielded no tangible results.I request that you:

1. Investigate this matter urgently 2. Provide a clear explanation for the delays 3. Take immediate action to release my owed funds 4. Implement measures to prevent similar delays in the future
