funds at work claim gone wrong

Once again Momentum has failed .

I was putting off this claim for so long because I knew I would need to fight with the above insurance firm .

I submitted a claim early April for my provident fund 26 WORKING DAYS HA PASSED. I followed up and the advisors told me that the person working on the case has all the information they just need to process the claim because they were waiting for my prev employer and now have it.

a week later the claim is just laying there and they told me to wait another 26days which is not the time frame based on the auto-response sent
