Funds@work

I have resigned on the 26 August 2024 And my previously employer choose smart exit.aftrr weeks I had sent a following email inquiring about the funds. I did get a correspondence they apologies for the delay and the are forms that I need to resubmit which I did and everything they kept on sending me emails that i should fill for s that is already on their system with my every detail that are correct till now I haven't received my funds as if I am aking for a loan.and it is very frustrating that I should be struggling while I have money seating somewhere
