Funds at Work

I have resigned from my previous employer. I then received an sms stating that you have received my claim and will be processing. When I called in 2 week back, a lady advised that it would take 2 weeks to pay out. I then called yesterday, and the gentleman who I spoke to, advised that I should wait another 10 to 15 days due to the employer paying money's over on the 7th. I am not impressed with the kind of service I have received. If the consultants do not know what they are talking about, then they should not be in that department. Kinsly listen to those calls and advise on the way forward, as I was mislead by the first consultant!!!!
