Funds at work

I am beyond frustrated with the process with momentum funds at work, I put in a claim last year and every week I call for an update but I'm not getting anything new, I complained at the beginning of this month about how I have been patiently waiting for my money and they said we are working on it I will have my money in probably a week and it's been 3 weeks now. When I called last week they said the person who is handling your case is on leave like there's only one person there. They promised to call me back and to this day I haven't received any call or any email. I called today morning and they said she's not in and we'll ask her to call you and I'm like I can't wait for a call anymore cause it never comes and the consultant basically said I can't help you without her keep in mind I waited for almost 6 months with no help and no update unless I call and when you do you might get them after 5 attempts. This is frustrating and I put plans in motion but they end up failing cause of dishonest of momentum
