Fund withdrawal

Mometum is pathetic no communication at all and when you call in asking for the status of my withdrawal claim they give me different answers some will tell you it has been sent for tax directive that was 4 weeks ago and I called and they said tax is done we are having IT issues .I waited yesterday around 4 only got the message saying approved but I was told it was approved long time today j called in to check I was told it was only approved yesterday and I was told it still has to go for Sars each agent I get have their own thing to tell me .I have been waiting last day at work was 16 August and they promised me 15 days turn around they don't deserve even one star rating .stay away from Mometum it's pathetic. Now I must beg to get access for my money if you want lie stick to one update or story .now am getting tge run I have escalated several times no one comes back to me and the manager is never available. My escalatetion is not even bring considered mxm bad financial institution I don't trust them anymore and any of their products
