Fund Withdrawal
Resigned from my previous employer, and last day was on 31/05/2025You get promised that the claim takes 14 working days...yet here am I day 15....no communication nothing!!, Sent an email 2 days ago which was only responded to today. And the response still does not give a date of when I will get my payment, all they say is " before month end.." to say this is bad service...would be an understatement!

Going through the reviews on this platform....and it's shocking that Momentum is not doing anything to improve the level of service that they are giving, or lack thereof!!
