Fund Transfer nightmare

I resigned from Transnet in August 2014 and started working for a new firm in October 2014. The company I work for uses Alexandra Forbes for their pension. I have been sent from pillar to post by Momentum about the transfer. <br> <br> I have been literally driving the process myself. Following up with all involved stakeholders. Now that I thought this thing is finalized I get an irritating call from a MOMENTUM employee saying that the transfers can't be made as the forms were not completed properly and I should have been advised in the begging. By who??? Who is the expert here?? The administrator Lea Zeelie says the advisor from Alexandra Forbes should have advised me and she only works as an administrator at Momentum and it's not her fault. Who are the experts or so called experts here? <br> <br> I would never take anything at Momentum and will be canceling the little I have with them.
