Fund at work
On 29 January 2025, I made a claim on provident fund at work. I try numerous times to get a detailed feedback on my claim but never get the response why it takes so long. On 07April 2025 on email your consultant said they are waiting for Recognition of transfer (ROT) so that you can apply for tax directive. I was requesting that you update me on the claim, 16 April 2025, C. Basson said the claim will be finalized on 28 April 2025. I haven't received any messages at this point in time. Can this matter be solved promptly. IT'S 3 MONTH NOW, instead of 26 days.
