FRUSTRATION AND ANNOYED, *********** AGENTS

Only frustration and incompetency from Momentum Multiply. First, they activate a second under my name without my authorization which I discovered by being charged 3 times the monthly fee of R278, then I discover that they cancelled the wrong Multiply account which had cumulated rewards and points (I had a Multiplier account, now my app shows I am not). I am beyond frustrated and ****ed! When trying to call them (around 3pm), the agents take my calls and hang up purposely. I would not recommend any Momentum products to anyone. They will ***** your money, make a way to charge you more and you are lucky if you even notice!
