From pillar to post with no resolution

I have been dealing initially with Funani and Lufuno regarding my pension fund withdrawal.

Here is a summary of the issue:

In April 2008, I started my career at FNB and began contributing towards my pension fund as required by FNB. At the time of employment, FNB was aware that I had issues with date of birth. My pension fund was therefore reqistered with these wrong details

In February 2009, I resigned at FNB and submitted notice to withdraw my pension fund at the time. This was not actioned. No reasons were provided to me at that time. I then left the country and was unable to follow up. Upon my return, I requested withdrawal again but kept on being moved from pillar to post. Again no action was taken.

In January 2017, i initiated the process again and since then i have just been moved from pillar to post and getting frustrated as there is no resolution.

I would like to have the issue resolved instead of being told about system and internal policy issues.

Please advise if there any additional information you require from me.

Regards,

Craig

I received confirmation that Lufuno made contact with you to discuss the matter.
It seems that there was a problem with the identity document and change of bank account.
Kind regards

Momentum has met with your employer on 26 May 2017. FNB has previously requested that you provide evidence to support the changes on your Identity and account details.
Unfortunately ***** is an increasing problem in our country and Momentum has to make sure that we pay to the correct person.
Kind regards
