Virgin Active sent communication that ALL active member WILL have free access to the gym until November 2023. We have numerous communication around this. Multiply however has started to deduct gym fees again this month. Their response to this is that they gave two months of free access and that Virgin should have sent communication around this. Now this begs the question, if Virgin gives free access to gym to ALL members, and Multiply deducts fees, where is the money going as it isn't going to Virgin? ***** if you ask me! I have communication over email and WhatsApp to whomever needs this as proof. I can't wait to see how this one plays out and would like to expose this.
