Fnb reserve fund allocation

I am a former Fnb employee and after several calls to Momentum regarding the reserve fund allocation from December the 11th where they advised that the payout will take approximatley 4 weeks after submission I submitted all the relevant documentation needed (bank statement and the form that I had to complet) however 4 weeks went passed and no payment was made instead people whom I had referred after I did my claim recieved their funds (not sure if its because they still banked with fnb hence their funds being allocated to their bank account quicker); never the less on the 5th Jan I made a follow up call and they advised that the payout has been changed to 6weeks however my online application was not reflecting on their side but since I did it manually as well they are busy with it, I called back again I was then told that they were still busy with the tax directive that was 4 days after they advised that they busy with the normal application process as the online one did not go through with the supporting docs on their side. I called again on to find out the status I was advised that my banking details kicked back but the first gentleman who helped me did not specify as to what was wrong he just that they were busy with it and that I must expect the payout to delay, I called again on the 30st January 2017 and I spoke to another gentlemen who then advised that they did attempt to make a payment on the 17 January 2017for R9059.61 but the funds were reversed due to account captured on the form was 9 digits instead of 10 but even in such a case it makes me wonder what was the purpose for us to attach bank statements if they are not used for verification purposes? Mandla though made an effort and took my issue to the payouts department to be fixed then on the 31st only did I get confirmation that my claim has been approved I then called them to find what is the process now after the sms then I was advised that my claim has been sent to sars again for tax directive and it will take 2-3 working days to be released to day when I call as it is the 3rd day they are telling me that the claim is still awaiting a tax directive and that now they cannot confirm the exact payout date the lady I spoke to said she will give Mmahomed who is busy with my claim to call me back of which I dont understand as to why
