FNB Reserve Allocation / Momentum

Good day. I have app**** for FNB allocation claim via the Momentum website. I was notified my forms where received successfully and that a "Tax Directive" will then be got from SARS. I was then notified that my " Tax Application was Declined" Reference: ******** and that I should contact SARS or Administrators.

I have phoned SARS , and they notified me that my income tax number was wrongly submitted. I have checked my forms that I send to you, if the mistake was on my side, but I did use the correct one:

I have resend all the forms, numerous times, registered on your website, and uploaded my forms. with the correct details, I have made phone calls to your help desk number provided. And have been told that my claim will be "escalated" and then hear nothing back and no feedback on emails.

Can someone please look into this, as no advance has been made since end November since I placed my claim.
