FNB pension fund transfer taking months. No responses

I have moved jobs and app**** for a transfer from the FNB Pension fund. I sent the forms 2 months ago. The new fund has sent the completed ROT form weeks ago. I have followed up via email a number of times and have received no response. MyQ ref **********

Hi It’s tuesday. Any feedback in the status of the claim. I did try to cal the number the manager called me on and it said all quality assurance are busy.
