FNB PENSION FUND – DISTRIBUTION OF EXCESS RESERVES

I received the email below from Momentum regarding the FNB PENSION FUND – DISTRIBUTION OF EXCESS RESERVES in July 2019. I have been trying to get feedback from them then on the legitimacy of the email and I haven't received any feedback from them at all. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Dear Former Member

Attached to this email please find formal communication from the *FNB Pension Fund. This communication includes general communication on the reserve allocation. The process of lodging your claim is explained in the documentation - note that you will require the 'policy number' on your personal letter to submit your claim via the website. Please submit a copy of your identity document and a copy of your bank statement with your claim to enable us to process your claim. (These documents need not be certified.)
