Fnb might wanna consider getting another company for their Provident funds
FNB might wanna consider getting another company for their provident funds.My brother who used to work at FNB passed away in July,till this day we have not received any constructive feedback regarding his Life c and provident fund claim.We have been dealing with a lady called Elsie Botes who never gives constructive feedback.She had said the trustees are sitting month end Nov 2019 and we should get feedback 1st week December.I have been calling her for the past week all she says is "I don't know,i haven't received feedback".Understood,I asked how long does it usually takes her answer was "I DON'T KNOW".Disgusting service.
