Flaselt changing short term premium

Hi,

I don't know what is going on with your short term department but service is horrible. Have a look at my last 3 policies and let me know what you think.

I initially had a premium of R461 and my commission payable to my broker was R50ish. Then as agreed upon you removed her commission and my premium went down to R404.

Now my issue is that yesterday my premium somehow went up to the original amount again only this time with still R0 payable to the broken.

Can someone please explain this bad customer service toe and rectify the amount back to R404 before I have to take this further.

Is this how momentum operates? Just changing clients premiums without even a reason why? I have only had cover for about 3 weeks already and this is how I am treated? Starting to wonder if changing companies was worth it, never had these issues with Outsurance.

Please revert my policy to the amount of R404 as it was before or else I will be taking this higher. There was no reason to increase it, I paid my debit order, I have made no claims and haven't added anything to my policy.

Kind regards and thanks (if you do your job)

I would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  It is unfortunate that you have not had a favorable service experience and would like to apologize for that.  The matter has been escalated to the relevant department for investigation and they will be in contact with you shortly to assist further.

Kind regards
Michele Coetsee
