Firstrand Provident savings withdrawal not action.

I'd like to lodge a complaint regarding the unfair treatment ive received with assistance for my savings withdrawal from the 2 pot system. I requested a savings withdrawal in January 2026 and up until now momentum provident first rand specially hasn't assist me. Ive called through the call centre several times with agents stating that they will get back to me and no one is getting back to me, even the administrator that was assisting via email has stopped responding to my mails. To withdrawal from your savings when I did the request I was informed it would take 7-21 working days. It has now been over two months and I need an explanation as to why and immediat action for the payment to be released especially after the consultants had confirmed with me via the recorded line that everything was done and payment was been to be released ages ago.
