FirstRand Pension surplus

I sent an email to *** as per the info I received from the momentum site stating that he can assist with this matter. I am enquiring about pension surplus. I believe it to be under FirstRand pension.

I also sent an email to Alexander Forbes on the same day. I received a response from Alexandria Forbes the following day. But momentum hasn't responded. I just need help with this matter. Please. Point me in the right direction and stop ignoring me. I will not go away. Next communication will be to the FSB. THAT WILL 48 HOURS FROM NOW.
