Fire your Multiply Division

Why must it take this forum for you to take your customers seriously???? I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a year to make contact with your multiply division. No1 returns calls, no1 bothers, NOW you have been taking my money, but provide no assistance. I send emails, I call, nothing, Is this a phantom division within your company???? when i google reviews on Multiply, there is not a single positive review. Please refund my Feb installment & cancel this waste .
