Financial Adviser or Sales Rep, useless? Losing instead of making money.

Got a "financial adviser" from Momentum a little over four years ago. They were really friendly and seemed they would be assisting quite a bit with chatting over and making financial decisions that was right up until I signed up for one of their investment products. Sent emails to follow-up on the discussions we had but got no feedback. The investment portfolio is performing very poorly; actually losing my money.

Called Momentum in November and was informed that the lady had resigned and they would be assigning me a new financial adviser. They were supposed to get back to me in less than four days, however, two weeks later, I had to call to follow-up on my request. My call was transferred to a "financial adviser" who said they would get back to me. Called again to follow-up and she emailed me some forms to complete giving her permission to access my profile. It makes zero sense why the portfolio was not handed over to someone else when the previous "Financial Adviser" left Momentum. I have ye to be contact and still have not made any profits from the funds, in fact, I have been losing money, and my funds are maturing this year. No, I did not go for an aggressive fund.
