I have a very bad experience with momentum. i lodged a claim for my pension withdrawal they received the requirement documents on the 3rd and they did not even touch my claim. when i enquire i was told different stories on the 16th i was told they have started disinvesting my savings but when i called again on the 19th i was told they haven't started but i must not worry she will make sure i get my payout before the end of 26 working days. it makes one feel unease especially when you are not told the truth about your claim preocess.
