FALSE ACCUSATIONS TO PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE

My husband app**** for a postion through Momentum and went through the whole interviewing process and testing only to find that the requested a copy of a qualification he obtained 19 years ago - we then contacted the institiution Damelin to request and copy of the certificate and submitted a request however they confirmed that the might not have records for so far back as previous applicants had same problem with no archives available for these Diplomas - we then provided a letter to Momentum confirming an application has been made for copy of the diploma certificate they then called my husband to confirm they called damelin and confirmed no records with his ID which we knew would be a concern and then accused him of ***** for lying about the qualification how do you do that without proof and how to you bar a person from future applications due to false information don't you know if is a crime to accuse someone of ***** without proof I will be willing to get a letter from damelin confirming that they unable to provide this document and will take this matter further leagally as this is unacceptable to treat unemployed people in this matter
