extremely long call waiting time
recieved a call from ICTS Tracing Services , and said momentum will call me even today am still waiting for a call regarding Momentum-FirstRand Retirement Fund.whenever I call momentum I have to hold for a long time on the line they are always having ''high call volumes'' I would really like to find out about this money.
