Wow - excellent service from MARISKA GOOSEN!!!!! About a month ago, we were so desperate, that we logged a negative review on Hello Peter, as we did not get answers. On the same day still, Mariska called and said that she received the information and is investigating and will respond the same day still. Wel, she responded within an hour only and answered all the questions we still had. For the first time, we understood, as Mariska explained everything very patiently and clearly. Mariska was so kind and friendly and encouraged us. She also guided us with regard what is further needed and expected from us. During the past month, while we were waiting for the different reports needed to be forwarded to Momentum, Mariska has been in contact and she was always available for any questions and assurance and guidance with regard to the process to follow. Once all the required information forwarded to Mariska, the claim was sorted out within 3 working days! Three days only!
