Estate not finalized

My dad passed away in July 2021. His estate is apparently still not finalized. I received an email from a Lizaan Didlick in November 2023 that the estate is finalized, an amount will be paid out to my mom and the last bit of interest will then be paid out at a later stage. An amount was paid out ---- which I found out in November 2024 was an amount from my mom's investment that was paid out. Now, when I try to follow-up with Lizaan -- she is no longer working for Momentum. Not even the consultant that handles my mom's investments (Ritha Kruger) can give me any feedback? She confirmed today she phoned and held on for very long. PLEASE can this be sorted ---- none of the amounts are making sense? We have already moved my mom's will for Momentum NOT to be the executor. But I am contemplating moving all her investments.
