Empty promises so just cancel everything

So this is my story i took out medical aid and insurance from this company that promised me the moon and back so when this medical aid kicked in they inform me to get a lump sum i need to go thru credit vetting and this was not what i was informed at first and this is not what my previous medical aid provider did so i want to cancel and then they inform me that i need to pay a month but i did not use there services at all what **** is this, took out insurance and got a lower car insurance with a different company that saves me over 700 rand but yett they dont want to cancel so please cancel everything and dont come with stories now i am fed up with you
