Empty promises in time of need...

Empty promises from this insurer. I wish my employer cancels our agreement with them.

After being paid out by my own personal insurer (Lib) for a dread disease experienced January 2024 this company refuses to accept my claim. It has been looked at twice and rejected probably because it's a large sum. What's your claims & complaint's manager email address before taking this to the Ombudsman (FOS)...?
