Empty promises...

I placed an order on the Multiply website AND PAID on 12 September after your helpdesk confirmed in writing that there is stock at hand.

It is ten days later. Nobody bothers to respond to respond to my enquiry, and the message against my order indicates that the warehouse is waiting for stock.

Financial service company? Empty promise...
