Edcon gift vouchers through Multiply not delivered

I bought the following vouchers and still have not received the SMS's.<br> <br> 14 Dec 2015: R1,500 Order 147196<br> 22 Dec 2015: R1,000 Order 149471<br> 28 Dec 2015: R1,000 Order 150452<br> 28 Dec 2015: R1,500 Order 150453<br> <br> The terms and conditions state that the SMS would be sent within 3 working days and it has been a month since the purchase on 14 Dec 2015.<br> <br> Please send the SMS's urgently.<br> <br> I called Edgars on 13 Jan 2016 but the call was so long I ran out of R50 airtime. I did not receive a reference number and I am not willing to spend anymore money to claim thousands of rands already paid.<br> <br> Multiply arranged this voucher and should intervene the case of non-delivery by its partners.
