Dragging of cancellation to get extra fees.

My father has been trying to cancel my mum's his dread disease cover which he pays for, for months. My mum's signature is required, yet no police stamp seems to suffice as commissioner of oaths. Her ID copy must be stamped as certified copy of original. Then she must sign on her ID copy in presence of commissioner of oaths. Then it must be stamped by commissioner of oaths. Then even that is not good enough. Now the commissioner must physically write a declaration on the same sheet that the signature was signed in front of him/her. Meanwhile, all this back and forth of documents forever not being good enough has earned momentum 2 months extra monthly subscription fees. A total ******* and childish unprofessionalism.
