Double standards shocker...beware consumers!!!
Having suffered a heart attack diagnosed as Takotsubo cardiomyopathy I put in for a disability claim.Momentum assessors declined this saying it was not covered. My cardiologist sent motivational letters and said their list was outdated. Go figure... So I then app**** for increased disability / dread disease cover and hey presto they declined me based on the prior condition !!! Clearly they operate double standards here. Take my money for years, decline me on a sickness you wont recognize then suddenly it is recognized when it comes to new cover. This is shocking and I am going to the Ombudsman about this. Beware future insurance cover people as they dont operate from a point of integrity....

09 Oct 2019, 17:53This is a very poor excuse considering the circumstances. It's a win win for Momentum and a lose lose for me your client. I am not accepting this and will take this under advi*****t with the Ombudsman. Where is the service and going the extra mile for your customers????
