SOOOO not too impressed with Momentum at the moment

They launched this Two Pot Fund thing - however their whatsapp line DOES NOT WORK - THEY DO NOT answer calls.

they launched a product prematurely - I have been waiting on feedback for over two weeks.

i try the whatsapp line and the damn thing just loops and loops and I get he message

it is Monday and it is 12:33

So i thought perhaps its because tomorrow is a public holiday - Perhaps NOONE IS WORKIGN TODAY - but then i went to the chat history and i get the same damn response no matter what time of the week i message or reach out - I have been on hold for A benefit counsellor for over an hour - AND NO ANSWER!!!!!

Can someone just tell me what the hell is going on
