Do not use for travel discounts

I recently tried to book discount flights through Momentum Multiply. I was disappointed to find out that the Multiply Travel Desk is charging customers a material premium when compared to making a first airline booking - in my case the additional cost was more than R2000 higher than the cost of booking the flight direct with Virgin Atlantic. Multiply is unable to provide a reason as to why this occurs. Beware!
