Do not try to get any estate planning from Momentum

So I need 40 points to get to Momentum Multiply private club. The only option left for me is to get a Will done. I have spoken to advisor`s as well as the Head office, can you believe it, no joy. How difficult is it to a will done after Momentum advertises this service on their website. What I expect from Momentum is a speedy assistance and a guarantee that the will can be done before the end of 2019 and said point allocated.
