Do not trust Momentum with your Pension

Momemtum / MMI Holdings will not even get 1 star, was it not for the fact that you have to rate them to write a review, I would not have chosen that 1 star.

On a date unbeknownst to us a Pensioner Review Form was send out, unbeknownst, because we never received it, apparently it was send out by post, lets not open that can of worms. On the date that my Dad's pension was due to pay out he received nothing, we contacted Momentum and got informed that his account was suspended because this Pensioner Review Form as never received, within minutes the form was send to us via email, why this channel was not used from the begging is a mystery, regardless, the form was completed and send back to Mometum, where after the account is no longer suspended, however, the pension will only be paid at the end of next week, no guarantees, we will have to wait and see. The question however, that nobody can answer is, why is the account suspended at the touch of a button, but to rectify the problem will take weeks.

My advise to you, get your pension money away from Momentum know, while you still can, if they rely on the SA Postal service in this day and age I do not think they are qualified to handle the 350 000 pension pay outs that the person I spoke to informed that they do.
