Do not insure with Momentum

On the 28th of October 2024 I had left my previous employer. Thinking that all the paper work has been filed correctly - digitally, I would need to wait approximately 4 weeks. Followed up with Momentum at the end of November 2024 and was notified that there's is nothing logged. Eventually everything was finalized around the 1st week of December 2024, and still to date I haven't received an form of communication with regards to my case. I constantly have to take my time to call in, then I have to placed on hold for a long time. The staff are not reliant nor helpful at all.
