Divorce claim Funds at work not paying because of fund name spelled incorrect

Momentum Funds at work do not want to pay after a filled a claim for divorce benefit. they said my divorce decree in not binding because the name of the funds was spelled incorrectly.The classic rule of falsa demonstratio non nocet, which emphasises that the obvious incorrect citation of a fund’s name does not invalidate a court order or the claim against that fund. you guys have many funds and how am i suppose o know which fund. the member number is written in the decree correctly. but the service when it comes to reasing money is really bad.
