Distress by Financial Institutions such Momentum and Ombudsman to cover my finance when I pass on

Wow don't even know where to start as I trusted their products when they presented ot at my work place. I even cancelled life long policies based on financial advise given and saved on the long term. So I took a will and estate free of charge but have a policy wafer plan paying R341 all happy and good. My mom passed away apparently she also took out a will 3 months before her unlimited passing. I was hospitalized when the "will" was read and I requested the context to be forwarded to me without any success. Which led me to cancel my premium waver plan and request them to destroy my will as I don't trust the events that was displayed in my mom's will handling. I also need them to refund all premiums paid to their uncredible institued which led my ultimate decision to cancel. Their response is that my plan has lapsed due to unpaid premiums although I send them proof mails forwarded. The matter was forwarded to Financial Ombudsman who only left the decision up to Momentum.
