Dissapointed

Today was the day my child had to receive part of her late fathers money,after a full year and a few months of running after the person working on our case,we received an email on Thursday to say we were gonna get the money between friday night and saturday morning and nothing came in and the worse part is that they closed for christmas holidays and I have to deal with an unhappy child,helpless while they get to enjoy their holidays with their loved ones ,dissapointed with their service
