Dissapointed

Hi im Moundrey. Been trying to claim my pension fund at momentum. I got the claim form, filled it in and send it with the other required document on the 1 Oct 2021. They send me a email that they got my documents on the 21st Oct 2021. The first time i called them to ask about my claim they said all my document is in tack and a claim usually take about 21 working days. 15 working days past so i gave a call again they said that da claim is in prosess bt they waithing on bank convermation and it takes about 7 working days.I called agian after 7 working days and they told me the money sould still go to SARS and then it will pay out within 5 working days. I called today and they informed me tht there is still require a affidavit stating my previous employer. Was thinking to leave my money in an well known service provider for 10years after 1st installment would be a great financail desition but now its giving more problems then i faced in my whole lifetime.
