Dismal service from Momentum

I recently went through a divorce. One of the terms stipulated on the divorce decree was that I was to receive 50% share of my ex's husband's pension interest in his Momentum FundsAtWork Umbrella Pension Fund. The forms were supp**** to Momentum in March 2021 stipulating where the funds were to be paid out. On May 14th, 2021 my divorce was finalized and my divorce decree stipulated that Momentum was to pay out these funds within 60 days. It is now the 23rd of June and Momentum still has not paid out these funds as stipulated by the court order. I have called them everyday and they are simply ***********, claiming that their timelines are different than what was stipulated by the judge in the divorce decree and that the administrator will call me back, which hasn't happened once. They are now effectively in contempt of court and keep repeating the same phrases to me. Every day they try to transfer me to the administrator who can never be reached.
