Dishonesty

I was traced by a tracing company on behalf of Momentum last year for some money that my father has with them, after getting all the documents done only this year in April, submitted the documents to them, Thays where every frustration, lies, unaccountability started, For the first 3 weeks they couldn't received the documents, then I have to go reactivated my dad's tax number at SARS that was the 4th of June Its the 16th today and I said mails every week, all I am getting is its being escalate, Then there don't have the tax number, Then there is a problem with SARS, I have sent countless emails to Fatima, Mihlali, every week I get a different excuse, Even if I CC their Principal Emil Hugo, still no help, I am have never experienced such horrible service since I have been alive
