Dishonest and pathetic

I was previously an employee at Pizza Hut and I resigned in May. After my resignation I have emailed my provident fund withdrawal documents to Lerato twice but she still has not bothered to submit my documents to Momentum. The withdrawal takes 26 working days to be processed and after sending her the documents for the second time, I called Momentum after 26 working days and they still have not received my withdrawal documents. I spoke to a consultant at Momentum and she said she was going to email Lerato, CC me in the communication and sort everything out on my behalf but none of that has happened. She also made me a promise that I will receive my funds in 8 working days instead of 26 but still nothing. This is a huge inconvenience for me because firstly it costs money to gather and submit the documents, and secondly I really need my investment.
