Dishonest and bad service

I have submitted my claim last year and till today I have not received my money. Each week I call for an update and I get a different story. The consultants are also rude. To show that they don’t want to help you, each one gives you a different story. I called today only to be told that my claim will take 21 days which is what I have been told the past 3 weeks. They also said that I chose my money to go to be invested somewhere which is a lie. Momentous taking advantage of people that’s what I have realised. I asked to speak to someone senior on two occasions and they just put me on hold until I hang up. They don’t take us serious.

I am now taking the matter higher to their regulator to report the bad service they give us. Here on hello Peter they respond quickly and you think they will call you but they never. They just do it for people to think they are giving you attention. I am so disappointed and angry.
