Disgusting service, empty promises

Momentum Funds At Work is absolutely filth. After being retrenched from my job end of September, I immediately app**** for my pension fund withdrawal. Until this day I have been given the runaround. Charlene Groenewald (Administration Manager) does not want to take calls, as I always want to speak with her, then have my call cut off (conveniently). Why is Momentum SO bad with customer service? I advise anyone who still has a policy with them to move their business now and not wait until the unfortunate happens, as you WILL struggle when you need to claim. This business should be closed down. It is exceptionally good with collecting monies from clients and extremely atrocious when they have to deliver service in their side. I have been waiting for my pension pay out for far too long. I demand answers and I cannot continue to wait. Such companies need to be reported on cutting edge, 3rd degree and special assignment. There is absolutely no way this many people are complaining about the same thing. I want my money!
