Disgusting service by Momentum

Appalling service I got from Momentum. when I went to apply for my two pot last week Tuesday, the staff had the audacity to tell me that they are not used to doing admin but proceeded to assist me any way which was the 1st red flag for me fine, I waited up till Friday I went in to track how far is it from being finalized only for them to tell me they can't track it, so the following week on the Tuesday I went back to them only for them to now come up with a story about the money being not being cleared by SARS so I took it upon myself to do the leg work for them and go to SARS to find out what is going on and why the delay with releasing the funds only to find that SARS has already cleared the funds and even gave me proof to show that they released the funds and that they have done their part and that it is Momentum that is holding on to the funds, I then went back to Momentum and showed them the document that SARS gave me showing that they are the problem, they then have the audacity to tell him why did I go to SARS to verify for myself which is ***** of them because it goes to show that they have been giving me the run around knowing full well that the funds hv been paid out. Up to this day Momentum has not paid me yet even though SARS has released the funds to them, I'm so disguised with their services and they have the nerve to tell me Im constantly coming to their offices here in Centurion and that I should stop coming to their offices where as they have not paid me yet this is ******** practice I'm a client of theirs but this is the kind of service I'm getting it's as if I'm bothering them where as it's part of their daily job to service clients.
