Disgusting handing of death benefits

I am absolutely disgusted by how Momentum has handed to distribution of funds from my late mothers estate.

They have diregarded her wishes within hr policies indicating beneficaries as well as her will to allocate those funds to indivduals she did not wish to leave her estate to. Furthermore, the trustees made the decision without evalauting information regarding who her financial dependants were instead making assumptions on who the benefits go to. It is hard enough losing a loved one without having vultures like Momentum disregard your mothers final wishes!

Absolutely disgusted with how they handle matters like this!
